About Clint Pardoe

I have been an Adjunct Professor, Life Coach, and National Speaker to college students. Here you’ll learn about: Who I help, What I do, My philosophy, My story, and My team.

Who I help

I help college freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors.

What I do

Through speaking, coaching, and writing, I help college students discover what’s possible, transform their lives, and awaken their potential.

My philosophy

My teachings are built on 5 core principles:

1. Take care of yourself – take care of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self

2. Consciously communicate – you influence the outcome of every interaction and have a responsibility in the quality of your relationships independent of others

3. Efficiently manage your time – do homework in the morning, attend classes in the afternoon

4. Take powerful action – set goals and get support on achieving them

5. Wake up spiritually – you can awaken to and live more of your full potential

My story

Part 1: Anxiety & Depression

As I was about to graduate from college, I didn’t know what I wanted to do with my degree in Business. This, combined with the ending of a romantic relationship, led to me experiencing overt anxiety, which led to depression, which led to some deep soul-searching. I spent the next year waiting tables & obsessively reading books about personal growth & spirituality.

Part 2: Graduate School & God

Inspired by a former Professor, I went to graduate school to teach public speaking and interpersonal communication classes at the college level and, after a few years, did post-graduate work in Business/Life Coaching. This led to me writing a book for college students and speaking & coaching in both the college and real estate markets. I was also heavily involved in yoga seeking God.

Part 3: Breaking Down & Waking Up

After the birth of my second child, my attempts to be superhuman the decade prior came to a crashing halt – I became physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually exhausted. Paradoxically, it was during this time that my spiritual seeking halted and I had the spiritual experience I was searching for. A few years later, two long-term relationships came to a halt as well; teaching at colleges and my marriage.

Part 4: Youth Speaking & Real Estate

Given my desire to take my college speaking business to the next level, I went through a training program called Youth Speaker University and, given my background, was offered the Lead Coach position within the organization. Ironically, shortly thereafter, my real estate speaking and coaching business took off like never before and, with the exception of doing a Tedx talk, I was no longer speaking at colleges.

Part 5: College Life Success & Wake Up Call

Almost a decade later, about two decades after this all started, I felt called to speak at colleges again and, different from before, I finally felt ready to include the spirituality component I had previously left out. In addition to my College Life Success speaking program and book, I host Wake Up Call, an on-line coaching program that helps college students awaken to and live more of their full potential.

My team

We are a team of six humans.
